About the Role: Collects customer data from a variety of sources and publishes dashboards to clearly indicate usage trends. Uses tools like Excel, SQL, or data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to analyze data. May perform segmentation analysis to group customers based on characteristics like purchasing habits or demographics. Interprets data to provide insights into customer preferences, pain points, and motivations. Prepares reports and presentations for leadership and other stakeholders. Communicates findings clearly, often using charts, graphs, and data visualizations. Recommends actionable strategies based on customer insights. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, such as onboarding team to help implement strategies based on customer insights. About You: Analytical skills: Ability to analyze large datasets and derive meaningful insights. Statistical knowledge: Familiarity with statistical methods and techniques for analyzing customer data. Communication skills: Capable of presenting complex data in an understandable and actionable way to stakeholders. Tools: Expertise in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Quickview.) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. 4+ years of experience in Power BI, SQL, Tableau.
