Job Description

As a Customer Care Executive at our organization located in Jaipur, Vaishali Nagar, your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and providing detailed information about our insurance products and services. Your role will involve handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with policy-related matters, and promoting new insurance offerings based on customer needs. Your empathetic approach, problem-solving skills, and customer-centric mindset will play a crucial role in delivering a delightful customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Manage incoming and outgoing calls regarding insurance products, services, and claims. - Offer accurate information on policies, premiums, coverage, and benefits. - Support customers with policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations. - Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while addressing queries and complaints. - Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary. - Document all interactions, follow-ups, and resolutions in the CRM system. - Educate customers about new insurance products and services. - Achieve and surpass performance metrics such as resolution time and call handling efficiency. - Adhere to compliance protocols, company policies, and industry regulations. Required Skills: - Proficiency in verbal communication in both Hindi and English. - Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills. - Ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and composure. - Familiarity with computer usage, CRM tools, and basic software. - Effective multitasking and time management skills. Qualifications: - Minimum: High School Diploma - Preferred: Bachelor's Degree - Prior experience in customer service, particularly in insurance or finance, is advantageous. - Knowledge of insurance policies, terms, and regulatory norms is beneficial.
