Customer Growth Associate - Hindi (Female)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Convert WhatsApp chatbot product inquiries into sales through calls and messages.
• Recommend suitable products and upsell wherever relevant.
• Build customer retention by re-engaging past buyers and pitching new products.
• Call customers after delivery to collect feedback, update customer details, and encourage product reviews.
• Maintain daily reports on leads, follow-ups, sales, and feedback.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication in Hindi and English.
• Good convincing and listening skills.
• Target-driven and proactive in follow-ups.
• Experience in telesales or customer service is a plus.
• Knowledge of WhatsApp Business and Google Sheets is preferred.
