In this role as a Customer Experience Operations Trainer at FedEx, you will be responsible for covering Product & Process knowledge, Emotive & Soft skills, and more. You will act as a technical expert on complex and specialist subject(s) and support management with the analysis, interpretation, and application of complex information to contribute to the achievement of divisional and corporate goals. Additionally, you will support or lead projects by applying your area of expertise. What you will do: - Experience with Learning & Development, Analytical Skills, Planning & Organizing Skills, Presentation Skills, Problem-solving skills, Project Management Skills. - Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Presentation Skills, Influencing & Persuasion Skills.
