Customer Experience Partner - Lead Logistics

As a member of the Customer Experience team at Maersk, you will be responsible for providing services to customers post-onboarding. Your key activities will revolve around customer channel management, case management, customer onboarding, relationship management, contract and dispute management, and more. Your role will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless and positive customer interactions within the Maersk environment. In the Administrative stream, your primary focus will be on supporting others through skilled technical, administrative, or operational tasks. Your responsibilities may vary from supporting entry-level workers to experienced individual contributors with specialized knowledge in specific areas. At the higher levels of this career stream, you will be expected to work independently, applying standards while also having the flexibility to deviate from established processes to solve problems efficiently. As a colleague in this stream, you will handle tasks of limited scope and complexity, exercising independent judgment within defined boundaries and guidelines, usually under supervision. Your skills will be honed through job-related training and on-the-job experience, focusing on a specific job discipline. While you will possess knowledge of standardized work routines and general information, you may need to escalate non-routine problems to more experienced colleagues or supervisors when necessary.
