Customer Experience Engineer Hardware & Software

As a Customer Experience Engineer at our company located in Mohali, you will be responsible for providing support to US clients facing common hardware and software issues. Your primary duty will be troubleshooting various devices such as laptops, desktops, Wi-Fi extenders, and security cameras. Additionally, you will be expected to establish a good rapport with customers to achieve first-contact issue resolution while also identifying opportunities to upsell technical packages tailored to their needs. To excel in this role, you should have a solid understanding of PC hardware and proficiency in working with the MS Office Suite. Moreover, strong English communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with people are essential requirements for this position. This is a full-time and permanent position that involves working the night shift at our office in Mohali.
