Customer Experience Associate

As a Supply Chain Management (SCM) Specialist at Maersk in Talegaon, Pune, your role will involve delivering on the SCM Strategy within the geographical area covered by the Maersk Area office. You will be responsible for meeting the financial and operational targets set by some of Maersk's global customers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing End-to-End Export Shipments for ocean FCL and Air mode. - Handling the full lifecycle of Export shipments including container planning, booking, stuffing plan, export documentation, customs clearance, and container inward at the port. - Coordinating closely with CHA/Shipping line to ensure accurate and timely shipping documentation. - Monitoring shipment milestones and addressing delays or issues proactively. - Collaborating with internal departments to align on shipping timelines and documentation needs. - Preparing and submitting MIS/DSR reports to stakeholders as per fixed schedules. - Providing support and training to junior team members as required. Required Skills: - Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a related field. Experience: - SCM background with a proper understanding of international supply chains. - Minimum of 5 years of work experience in operational roles in the Logistic industry.
