Customer Development Executive - Direct Trade

You are responsible for ensuring the width and depth of distribution of CP products in the assigned Modern Trade zone to achieve sales and distribution objectives. Your key accountabilities include: - Driving Business Growth: - Achieve CPS and STT targets monthly - Drive GTMs on Focus Brands, Share of Business, and efficiency parameters - Managing Customer Relationships: - Maintain a balanced relationship with customers, stockists, and store managers - In-store Execution: - Plan and execute strategies for maximum impact through store visibilities - Inventory Management: - Ensure availability of optimum stocks by accurate planning and MBQ setting - Handle Trade Promotion Claims effectively - Analytics and Data-Based Decision Making: - Utilize data to enhance overall business performance - Analyze market data and business trends for growth opportunities - Lead and Develop Resources: - Assign work schedules to the sales team - Provide training interventions for team capability enhancement - Experience required: - Minimum 3 years of overall CD FMCG experience - Experience in handling Direct Trade, Modern Trade, or SAMT customers Colgate-Palmolive Company is a global consumer products company operating in over 200 countries.
