In this role, you will work closely with clients to deeply understand their domains, design scalable solutions leveraging AI agents, and drive execution from concept through deployment. You'll serve as a critical bridge across pre-sales, customer success, engineering, and product teams to deliver meaningful impact. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Customer Insight:Develop a deep understanding of customer business models, systems, and objectives (OKRs/KPIs) to inform solution strategy. AI Architecture:Design and document robust, scalable AI-based workflows, agents, and system integrations aligned to customer goals and best practices. Strategic Advisory:Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders by serving as their primary technical counterpart and advisor. Cross-Functional Translation:Ensure clear communication between pre-sales, customer success, and engineering to drive successful execution. Reusable Design:Create modular, scalable solutions that can be adapted across industries and customer segments. Delivery Oversight:Work closely with engineering teams to ensure architectural integrity and excellence throughout implementation. Pre-Sales Support:Collaborate with sales and customer-facing teams to assess feasibility, define requirements, and scope new opportunities. Innovation Leadership:Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, integration technologies, and business transformation; incorporate innovation into solution design. Compliance & Quality:Ensure all deployments meet established standards for performance, security, and compliance. Client Engagement:Willingness to travel up to 50% for discovery, deployment, and customer engagement activities. Qualifications: Experience:Minimum 8 years in solution architecture or consulting roles focused on enterprise-grade, customer-facing software implementations. Technical Expertise:Practical experience with generative AI, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), APIs, webhooks, and modern integration frameworks. Business Acumen:Ability to understand business drivers and translate them into technical blueprints and execution plans. Design Thinking:Strong architectural mindset with a problem-solving approach and focus on scalability and sustainability. Communication Skills:Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences. Project Leadership:Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple solution tracks simultaneously. Outcome Orientation:Proven experience in defining and tracking success using OKRs, KPIs, and business outcomes. Platform Knowledge:Background in SaaS or enterprise platforms, with understanding of extensibility, APIs, and multi-tenant systems. Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced certifications in architecture or AI (e.g., TOGAF, SAFe) are a plus.
