Job Description: We are looking for a Customer Coordinator to handle communication with customers and to coordinate with different internal departments to ensure smooth service and issue resolution. The ideal candidate should be organized, good at multitasking, and have strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with customers to answer questions and resolve issues. Coordinate with internal departments like Sales, Logistics, and Support. Follow up on customer requests and make sure they are handled on time. Keep records of customer interactions and updates. Support daily operations and customer service tasks. Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required) Experience: Telecalling: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
