Customer Chat & Call Support Executive

As a Customer Chat & Call Support Executive based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, as well as chat support. Your primary goal will be to address customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally. You will play a crucial role in issue resolution by identifying and resolving customer issues, providing accurate information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In addition, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints will be an essential part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with team members and supervisors is vital to meet performance targets and improve service quality. To be eligible for this position, you should be an Any Graduate or Undergraduate with or without experience in customer support. Fluency in English is a must, and proficiency in additional languages is considered a plus. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting is required. A minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute with 90% accuracy is expected. You should be willing to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
