Job Description: We are hiring for the position of Customer Care in our BPO/Customer Care department. As a Customer Care representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing support through chat-based communication channels. Your role will involve assisting customers with their queries, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Good written communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a customer-focused approach are essential for this role. This is a part-time position with both day and night shift options available.
