Job Description

The Customer Care Representative role involves handling customer queries on a daily basis. Basic computer knowledge is required to effectively resolve customer issues via chat services, including chat, text, email, social media, direct messaging, as well as other nonverbal platforms. This position is part of an International Voice Process. Please note that there will be a face-to-face drive in Jabalpur on 19 March 2025 for this position. The job location is in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
