Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Customer Care Representative located on-site in Delhi, India. The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining clear communication with customers. Daily tasks include handling customer complaints, processing orders, and providing information about products and services.
