Customer Care Manager

You will be responsible for assisting in resolving customer complaints and ensuring that new vehicles are properly prepared for delivery. Additionally, you will coordinate customer follow-up programs and work with salespeople to make post-sale customer contacts within 48 hours of delivery. It will be your duty to keep updated files on all customers and prepare monthly reports on the status of customer satisfaction in the dealership. You will also maintain a file of the dealership's customer satisfaction achievements and uphold a professional appearance.
