Job Description

Responsibility:-

  • Maintaining relationships with profitable customers
  • Handling customers concerns & complaints and try to resolve them
  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients
  • Developing a positive customer experience and healthy working relationships
  • Good Communication , Leadership and Problem Solving Skills.
  • Preference :- Female Candidates
  • Handling customers by guiding them regarding the products
  • Monitor & handle customer queries or concerns, customer engagement & respond them promptly.
  • Develop strategies to increase customer experience
  • Follow up with customers for their feedback & reviews to enhance our product.

Requirement:-

  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of computer
  • Good Learner & hard worker
  • Minimum Graduation
  • If experience then should have knowledge of customer handling & engagement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
