Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Manager located in Jharsuguda. The Customer Care Manager will be responsible for managing customer service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and resolving issues promptly. The role involves analyzing customer feedback, improving service processes, and maintaining effective communication with customers and team members.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support
  • Strong Analytical Skills for assessing and improving customer service operations
  • Excellent Communication skills for effectively interacting with customers and team members
  • Ability to work on-site in Jharsuguda
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
