Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Manager to lead our customer service team and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, handle escalations, train team members, and continuously improve service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the customer care team to achieve performance targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service tools.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
