Customer Care Manager

As a Customer Care Manager in the Sales Department, your primary responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction, build strong relationships, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to customer loyalty and repeat business. You will act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback related to the sales process, fostering positive relationships and providing support from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery and beyond. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, maintaining positive relationships and understanding customer needs. - Proactively follow up with customers after initial contact, test drives, and vehicle delivery to ensure satisfaction. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within the CRM system. - Effectively address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner, escalating complex problems as needed. - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth and customer-centric sales process, providing support in handling inquiries and addressing roadblocks. - Gather customer feedback through various channels, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to enhance customer satisfaction. - Facilitate a smooth vehicle delivery process, follow up with customers post-delivery, and act as a liaison between sales and service departments for a seamless customer experience. **Qualifications Required:** - Prior experience in customer relationship management or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers. - Ability to efficiently resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary. - Proficiency in CRM systems and maintaining customer records. - Analytical skills to identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements. - Knowledge of sales processes and customer service best practices.
