Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve basic queries.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system.
  • Follow call guidelines and company procedures.
  • Ensure good customer experience with polite and clear communication.
  • Coordinate with internal teams if required for customer queries.
  • Complete daily call and data entry tasks.
