Customer Care Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated candidates for multiple openings in International Customer Support.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers:

  Candidates with no prior work experience can apply.

• 1+ Year Experienced:

  Candidates with 1 year or more of relevant experience.

• Qualification:

  Graduates and Undergraduates are eligible.

• Communication Skills:

  Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and customer queries from international customers.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Deliver a professional and customer-friendly experience.
• Provide accurate information related to products, services and accounts.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues whenever required.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update details in the system.
• Follow company policies, process guidelines and quality standards.
• Achieve defined performance targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate good listening, problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Previous International Voice/Non-Voice or Customer Support experience will be an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: 3 LPA to 4.5 LPA

  (Depending on experience and interview performance).
• Attractive Performance-Based Incentives.
• 5 Days Working with 2 Rotational Week Offs.
• Rotational Shifts.
• Both-Side Cab Facility Available.
• 4,000 Monthly Transport Allowance for candidates not availing cab facility.
