Hiring: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Gurgaon
CTC: Up to 7 LPA 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Offs Cab Facility Available Rotational Shifts

Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound international customer queries via voice support.
Provide accurate and timely resolutions related to digital marketing products and services.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards.
Work collaboratively in a team to meet performance metrics and KPIs.
Adapt to changing processes and business needs proactively.

Key Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
Must be a graduate from a recognized university (mandatory).
