Job Overview

HandysCompany is a prepaid membership-based home service startup that offers free labour charges on plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair services. We are looking for dedicated Telecallers to handle outbound sales calls, customer inquiries, and appointment bookings for our services in Patna.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers explaining HandysCompany membership plans.
• Convert leads into paid customers by explaining features, benefits, and service coverage.
• Handle incoming calls and assist customers with booking services and resolving queries.
• Maintain daily call logs, follow-ups, and update customer information in the database.
• Coordinate with the field technician team for smooth service delivery.
• Promote offers and discounts to increase service adoption and renewals.
• Report daily performance and feedback to the manager.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
• Confident, polite, and convincing attitude.
• Basic knowledge of mobile apps and Excel.
• Must have a personal laptop or smartphone with internet access.
• Ready to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Performance Expectations

• Make 80–100 calls per day including follow-ups.
• Convert a target number of paid membership bookings per month.
• Ensure positive customer feedback and satisfaction.
• Handle objections and complaints professionally.
