Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive (Tele caller) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, answering inbound queries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services. • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly. • Maintain records of customer interactions and update the database accurately. • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and offers. • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any complaints. • Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets. • Maintain a positive, professional attitude during all interactions. Requirements: • Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate. • Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English (knowledge of other regional languages is a plus). • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling). • Previous experience in tele calling, tele sales, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory. • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
