Your Role:
As a Customer Care Executive, you’ll support hotel and property managers via phone and email, ensuring they receive fast, friendly, and effective assistance. You'll be helping with system queries, booking-related issues, and guiding users on how to best utilize our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound support calls and respond to support emails.
• Troubleshoot client queries related to bookings, property setup, or system features.
• Log and track issues in our support system.
• Provide clear and professional communication in English.
• Collaborate with our technical and onboarding teams to escalate or resolve complex issues.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong English skills—both written and spoken.
• Friendly and confident phone manner.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience in customer support, preferably in tech, SaaS, or hospitality (a bonus).
• Ability to learn quickly and explain technical features in simple terms.
