Hiring for CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES for ADANI in Radical Minds*

Process Overview:-

Join the Adani Lounge Access Support Team, where you will assist customers travelling through Adani airports. Customers who are eligible for airport lounge access via their credit card may call or chat with you to clarity their doubts, confirm their access, or resolve any issues related to lounge services.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer queries via calls and chats related to airport lounge access.
Provide Accurate and timely information regarding lounge eligibility, access procedures and Support service.
Record and document customer interactions efficiently.
Coordination with internal departments if required to resolve escalated issues.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times.

Requirements:

12th Pass / graduate
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
6 months of experience mandate in Customer Service
Rotational shifts and Week-Offs
