Position Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via
Instagram, WhatsApp, and phone calls
Provide detailed product information and assist with order-related queries
Handle customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of issues
Coordinate with the production and dispatch team for order tracking and updates
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Support customer engagement activities and online promotions when required

Requirements:

Good communication skills in
English and Malayalam
(Hindi is a plus)
Basic computer and smartphone handling skills
Pleasant and customer-friendly attitude
Prior experience in customer service, fashion retail, or online sales is an advantage

Work Location:
