Job Description: Customer Support Associate Voice (Apprenticeship Program) --- About the Role: As a Customer Support Associate Voice, you will be handling inbound voice calls (internal only, no sales targets). Your key responsibility is to assist customers with queries and ensure efficient resolution, focusing on Average Handling Time (AHT) and customer satisfaction. Location-wise Requirements & Stipend:Hyderabad Language Proficiency: English (common), Telugu, Hindi. Kannada Stipend: INR 13,500 18,000/month Avg. INR 15,000 --- Shift Timings: 9 hours/day (including 1-hour break) 6 days/week Rotational shifts in a 24/7 environment Common shifts: 9 AM 5 PM, 10 AM – 6 PM Late shifts: 3 PM – 12 AM, 4 PM – 1 AM, 5 PM – 2 AM, 6 PM – 3 AM Company-arranged drop-off service available for shifts ending after 9:30 PM
