Job Overview:

Customer Care Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Listen actively to customer concerns and complaints to identify and understand the root causes of issues.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Generate new leads through customer interactions and support marketing efforts.
  • Maintain customer records and document interactions using company systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • Female candidates preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Proficiency in

    Tally ERP 9

    and

    MS Office

    (preferable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving skills with positive attitude.
