Job Description

Must be a
graduate in any stream
.
Should have
12 years of experience
in a
voice-based calling process
(preferably customer support).
Must possess
excellent communication skills
in
Bengali, Hindi, and English
.
Knowledge of
additional regional languages
such as
Odia (Oriya) or Assamese
will be an
added advantage and preferred
.
Should have
basic computer knowledge
, including handling CRM systems and call documentation.
Must be
customer-satisfaction oriented
with a problem-solving mindset.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle
incoming customer calls
and resolve queries or concerns related to
Kutchina kitchen appliances
in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information, guidance, and solutions to ensure a
high level of customer satisfaction
.
Perform
upselling of extended warranty plans
through
outbound calling
, as per business requirements.
Maintain proper
call documentation and customer records
in the system.
Ensure
good attendance and adherence
to company policies, processes, and shift schedules.
