Role: Customer Support Executive (Blended Process – Voice & Chat)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via chat, call, and messages
• Assist with product, order, and service-related concerns
• Maintain professionalism and accurate information sharing
• Ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Typing speed of 30 words per minute with 90 percent accuracy
• Comfortable handling both voice and chat support
• Willing to work in 24x7 rotational shifts
• Ready to work 5 days a week with 2 rotational week offs
• No planned leaves allowed for the first 3 months
• Should not have appeared for any interview with this process in the last 3 months

Shift Details:

• Total duration: 10.3 hours/day (including 45 min break)
• Actual working time: 9.45 hours/day

Salary:

• ₹13,000 to ₹16,000 CTC per month (Fixed Salary – No Incentives)
• Salary starts from Day 1 of joining

Pay: ₹12,700.00 - ₹15,300.00 per month
