About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Handle customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally 2. Resolve customer issues by providing accurate and efficient solutions 3. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high-quality service standards 4. Work in a 24/7 shift with any two rotational days off 5. Utilize excellent English communication skills both written and verbal Requirements: 1. Hold HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) with a minimum of 6 months of experience 2. Fresh graduates with a bachelor's degree are welcome to apply 3. Demonstrate strong command of the English language both written and spoken 4.
