Customer care executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and creative Customer Care Executive who can manage client communication, support our marketing efforts, and contribute to lead generation. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, well-spoken, organized, and has a flair for design.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally
• Address client queries, explain our products/services, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain follow-up records and coordinate with internal teams
• Lead Generation
• Identify and engage potential leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
• Maintain a lead tracker and provide regular updates
• Incentives will be provided for leads that convert into confirmed sales
• Marketing Support
• Design brochures, flyers, and basic creatives using Canva or similar tools
• Assist in social media content creation and product promotion

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
• Comfortable with phone and online communication
• Basic design skills (Experience with Canva is a must)
• Self-motivated and result-driven
• Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or sales is a plus
