Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and creative Customer Care Executive who can manage client communication, support our marketing efforts, and contribute to lead generation. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, well-spoken, organized, and has a flair for design. Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally Address client queries, explain our products/services, and ensure customer satisfaction Maintain follow-up records and coordinate with internal teams Lead Generation Identify and engage potential leads through calls, emails, and online platforms Maintain a lead tracker and provide regular updates Incentives will be provided for leads that convert into confirmed sales Marketing Support Design brochures, flyers, and basic creatives using Canva or similar tools Assist in social media content creation and product promotion Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred) Comfortable with phone and online communication Basic design skills (Experience with Canva is a must) Self-motivated and result-driven Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or sales is a plus What We Offer Fixed Salary (based on experience) Attractive Incentives on every successful lead conversion Opportunity to work with a rapidly growing brand Friendly and collaborative work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9355099992
