Customer Care Executive - Fresher

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives. The role involves handling customer queries, providing accurate information, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats in a professional manner.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, orders, or complaints.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when required.
• Keep records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
• Work towards achieving individual and team performance goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates (any stream); prior experience is not mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi, or regional language as applicable).
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing speed, internet browsing).
• Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with difficult customers.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).
