We are hiring an energetic and well-spoken Customer Care Executive to manage client communication, appointment coordination, and ensure a smooth clinic experience. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact and must reflect our brand's values of care, professionalism, and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and inquiries with a customer-first approach Schedule and manage appointments and follow-ups Provide accurate information about treatments and pricing Maintain client records and update the CRM system Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff to ensure timely service Collect feedback and resolve basic concerns politely and efficiently Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 7356657222
