Job Summary:

dynamic and customer-focused Business Process Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and assist clients with queries related to services, appointments, and follow-ups.
Schedule and confirm client appointments as per doctor and clinic availability.
Maintain accurate client records and update details in the CRM system.
Coordinate with front office and clinic teams for seamless client service delivery.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Support backend operations, reporting, and administrative tasks as assigned.
Meet daily/weekly performance and quality targets.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada (Kannada is mandatory).
Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
Good command over MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and maintain professionalism.
Customer-oriented attitude with attention to detail.

Preferred Experience:

Minimum
1 year of experience
in a customer support, tele calling, or backend operations role.
Experience in a clinic or hospital setup will be an added advantage.
