Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat. Resolve order-related issues, refunds, and complaints in a timely manner. Coordinate with delivery partners and restaurant partners to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines. Requirements:Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer support role (preferably in food delivery or e-commerce). Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages. Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Typing speed of 30+ WPM is mandatory.
