Customer care Executive

Experience: 0–2 years in customer service

Key Responsibilities:

· Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer’s queries in Hindi and English.

· Maintain customer records by updating account information.

· Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.

· Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

· Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in computer usage and basic data entry.

Requirements:

· Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English (spoken is a must; written is a plus).

· Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

· Experience: Prior experience in a voice process (BPO or call center) is an advantage.

· Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

· Good listening skills and problem-solving abilities.
