Customer Care Executive

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who will be the first point of contact for our customers. The role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat support to resolve customer queries.
• Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, size and fit guidance, shipping updates, and returns/exchanges.
• Manage complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolutions and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, production, accounts) to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools.
• Follow up proactively to ensure smooth post-purchase experiences.
• Provide product knowledge and styling assistance to customers when needed.
• Suggest improvements in customer care processes based on feedback and recurring issues.

Requirements:

• Graduate (any stream) with 0–2 years of customer service experience (freshers can also apply).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Patience, empathy, and active listening skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations and social media platforms.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
