Job Description

The Role - We are looking for a friendly, helpful, and supportive Customer Care Executive to join our team. If you love talking to people, are great at understanding their needs, and enjoy solving problems, this is the perfect job for you! You will be the main point of contact for our customers and help make sure they have a great experience with our company.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Talk to Customers: You will answer customer questions and solve their problems through phone calls, emails, and online chat.
  • Be a Helper: You will listen carefully to customers and use your knowledge to give them the best solutions and advice.
  • Stay Positive: You will keep a friendly, supportive, and patient tone, even when customers are upset or frustrated.
  • Know Our Products: You will learn everything about our products and services so you can clearly explain them to customers.
  • Documentation: You will write down important details about every customer interaction in our computer system.
  • Work with the Team: You will share customer feedback and work closely with other team members to improve our service.

What We Are Looking For (Skills and Personality)

  • Excellent Communication: You must be great at talking and writing clearly and simply in English.
  • Customer-Focused: You must genuinely enjoy helping people and care about solving their issues completely.
  • Problem Solver: You must be able to think quickly and find good solutions to tricky situations.
  • Patient and Calm: You must be able to handle stressful conversations with a friendly and calm attitude.
  • Reliable: You must be organized and show up on time and be ready to help.
  • Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of using a computer, email, and simple software is needed.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required (or a relevant qualification).
  • Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or support role is a plus, but not always required—we will train the right person!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
