Job Description

We are looking for a smart, confident, and empathetic Customer Care Representative to handle patient inquiries, coordinate appointments, and provide professional assistance over calls and WhatsApp. The role involves maintaining strong communication and trust with patients while ensuring confidentiality and smooth clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally with empathy and accuracy.
  • Provide information about treatments, consultation booking, and follow-up procedures.
  • Maintain records of calls, leads, and patient follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments or treatment starts.
  • Coordinate with doctors, front desk, and marketing teams for lead updates.
  • Manage WhatsApp and SMS follow-ups in a timely and polite manner.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of patient data and communication.
  • Handle patient grievances calmly and escalate to seniors when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,240.35 - ₹17,485.30 per month
