Job Summary Employee Hub is hiring Customer Care Executives to deliver a smooth and professional customer experience at our client location in Kalyan. Ideal for candidates with prior retail or hospitality experience and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities : Attend to customer queries and complaints in a polite and timely manner Provide accurate information about services and facilities Ensure excellent service standards and maintain customer satisfaction Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues effectively Handle basic POS or billing operations (if required) Maintain accurate records and daily service logs Qualifications & Requirements : Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality, etc.) Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi Presentable and confident personality Willing to work in rotational shifts , including weekends Preference for immediate joiners or candidates with up to 15 days' notice Schedule : Rotational shift Weekend availability Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month Schedule: Rotational shift Weekend availability Application Question(s): Are you available for a face-to-face interview in Kalyan?
