Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about our products and services. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers. Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Record customer interactions, feedback, and complaints. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Proven customer support experience is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
