Who We're Looking For
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Customer Service Executive (Tele-Caller) who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys meaningful conversations, and is passionate about helping people find their dream homes.
Key Responsibilities
● Engage with channel partners in the real estate ecosystem to generate qualified leads.
● Conduct cold calling to identify and convert potential leads into sales opportunities.
● Maintain high tele-calling quality standards by regularly reviewing and optimizing call scripts and interactions.
● Stay updated on market trends in the interior design and real estate industries.
● Meet and exceed performance targets related to call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.
● Deliver outstanding customer interactions with a consultative approach.
