Job Description

Position Overview :

Experienced Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities :

Handle escalated customer queries across phone, email, and chat channels.
Provide in-depth product/service knowledge and guide customers through solutions.
Analyze customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, technical support) to resolve issues quickly.
Monitor customer service metrics (response time, resolution rate, CSAT) and suggest improvements.
Train, support, and mentor junior customer service staff.
Contribute to process optimization and service quality initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage high-pressure situations with professionalism.
Proficiency in CRM tools, ticketing systems, and MS Office Suite.
Leadership qualities with experience in team coordination.
Customer-centric mindset with empathy and patience.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
3–5 years of proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
Experience handling escalations and managing service quality metrics.
Industry-specific knowledge (e.g., retail, IT services, banking) is a plus.
