Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only ensure excellent customer service but also actively contribute to increasing restaurant sales by promoting menu items, special offers, and building customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet, assist, and engage customers promptly and professionally both in-person and via phone/social media.
• Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat visits.
• Inform customers about menu specials, promotions, and upsell complementary items to enhance their dining experience and boost sales.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and word-of-mouth referrals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to relay customer insights and support campaigns designed to increase footfall and sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Assist in managing reservations and coordinating with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or food & beverage industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, persuasive approach.
• Sales-driven mindset with ability to upsell and convert inquiries into sales.
• Patience and problem-solving skills to handle difficult situations calmly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant menu and operations is a plus.
