We’re Hiring: Customer Support Executive (Logistics Inquiry Handling)

Are you someone who loves solving customer queries and keeping operations smooth?
We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive who can manage logistics-related inquiries and ensure our customers get the right support at the right time.

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle incoming inquiries related to orders, shipments, and delivery status.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and operations team to provide real-time updates.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely solutions.
  • Record and track issues to ensure proper follow-up and closure.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in customer support or logistics coordination preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and handle queries professionally under pressure.
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
