What youll handle:


Manage incoming customer inquiries Convert enquiries into appointments/procedures Ensure overall customer satisfaction Maintain patient records, booking schedules & follow-ups Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and in-house staff for smooth operations Handle walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp queries, and CRM updates Assist in billing, payments, and daily reporting

What we’re looking for:


Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role Strong English proficiency (mandatory) Confident communication & excellent customer-handling skills Ability to multitask and manage high-volume enquiries Professional attitude with a strong focus on service quality Basic computer/CRM handling skills (must) Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
