Job Description

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person. Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth customer service.
